Ping test - www.netmeter.co.uk - United Kingdom
Click Start to begin a Ping Check on your home network.
Click Share Result at the bottom of your screen.
and select URL.
Copy and paste this in an email response to either the email that we sent for you to perform this.
Or send it to a member of the Sensée IT Service Desk that is assisting you in resolving your issues.
You can also share your Download speed test results by using the following link:

Click Start to begin a speedtest.
Select the Copy Link option below this:
Copy and paste your Web link provided when you select this option
Share this via Email with the email you was sent to this page in your personal profile or send to the member of the Sensée IT Service Desk who is supporting to help resolve your issues.
