Once you have received your LiveDesk invitation email and have arrived at the page that the Accept Invitation link directs you to, you will be presented with the option to Login with Microsoft:
Once you have clicked onto Login with Microsoft you will see a new screen where you enter your email address:
Once you have entered your email address you will then be diverted to the Microsoft authentication page to enter the password for your Microsoft email account.
