Sometimes CCSP will not load a possible solution is to clear the agent's cache 

  1. Close all but one IE window, if none are open, open one.
  2. Click the settings cog in the top right of IE
  3. Click 'Internet Options'
  4. Under the 'General' tab, click on the 'Delete' button under 'Browsing History'
  5. Click the 'Settings' button next to the 'Delete' button.
  6. Under 'Temporary Internet Files', select this option and click 'OK'
  7. Close any open Internet Explorer windows and reload it.



After this, have them try the TT link for CCSP and if that doesn't work, please advise the ITSD.
