Sometimes CCSP will not load a possible solution is to clear the agent's cache
- Close all but one IE window, if none are open, open one.
- Click the settings cog in the top right of IE
- Click 'Internet Options'
- Under the 'General' tab, click on the 'Delete' button under 'Browsing History'
- Click the 'Settings' button next to the 'Delete' button.
- Under 'Temporary Internet Files', select this option and click 'OK'
- Close any open Internet Explorer windows and reload it.
After this, have them try the TT link for CCSP and if that doesn't work, please advise the ITSD.
