1. Check whether the Message View icon is visible on their Touchpoint console 
  2.  If not then re-login to Touchpoint and check for the below icon.
  3.  If yes then voicemail will be received correctly on their console. 


Its been observed that sometimes there is a delay so we may need to relogin one more time to see the icon.

Please perform a Touchpoint refresh steps and try again.


These are Agent environment issues and not a CCSP platform level issue.
