Using the shared IT Service Calendar to book appointments

Part of your role in supporting our agents is to book IT appointments when remote support is required for a ticket.


In order to book these appointments, please refer to this guide:


  • First, file a ticket detailing the agent and issue being encountered, you will need the ticket reference number.
  • How to add the shared calendar to your Outlook
    • In the calendar view of Outlook, right click on 'My Calendars' and add a calendar from address book

  • Add the Sensee IT Service Desk calendar


  • How to book an appointment on the shared calendar
    • Right-click on a free timeslot on that calendar, and select 'New IT Appointment'
    • A template form will then open, you will need to pay close attention and replace the dummy data as indicated in yellow, to ensure that the appointment is booked correctly and is picked up by our ticketing system, per the below example:
