Has the homeagent described to you in the Livedesk that they are getting the - 'CCSPClientInstallationService is not running' Error ?  If so, then before submitting the ticket to Sensee IT ServiceDesk put in the subject title of the ticket being raised :- CCSPClientInstallationService Error

Did you know that homeagents can often fix this issue themselves by holding down the Windows key on the keyboard and select the letter 'R' - then typing in the run command box

services.msc

Ensure that they start/restart all the services for CCSP as listed below

If the CCSP login screen then shows the prompt for username and password they should attempt to login with their credentials and continue on calls.  If the login prompt does not appear and/or the services cannot be started, or they still cannot access/login to CCSP for whatever reason, or if the same error keeps re-occurring over several days after attempting to restart the CCSP services manually themselves; then raise a new ticket to Sensee IT ServiceDesk putting CCSPClientInstallationService Error in the subject title, as it is possible that CCSP software requires reinstalling on the PC.

IMPORTANT - It is also recommended that the HomeAgents do not attempt to start/stop/disable etc.. these CCSP services unless they are specifically getting this error as is listed in the screenshot.  If the CCSP type of issue they are experiencing is not exactly as described in this article, then please consult other topics as is listed in the 'READ THESE TOPICS BEFORE LOGGING A HELPDESK TICKET' for a description or possibly a solution for another common type of incident.
