1. Left click on the "show hidden icons" in the bottom right.
2. Right click the Citrix icon and left click "Advanced Preferences".
3. In the new window that appears left click "Reset Citrix Workspace".
4. A confirmation box appears as below, left click "Yes, reset Citrix workspace".
5. Another box appears to confirm the reset has been completed, left click "Ok".
6. Reboot and do a full Journey to Work.
