The Apps and Docs page (Applications and Documents) provides you with links to your work applications and documents – some links will be time restricted to certain times either side of your shift:
To open either an application or document, simply click on the applications check box and then either click on the link or Select the Open Selected link button:
The applications widget provides the option to open all your normal business applications at once to make your journey to work more convenient. To open all of your applications simply select the Select All button and then choose Open Selected Links (the links available will depend on the account you work on):
Once your have selected Open Selected Links, all checked applications will open for you so that you can log in and start your day:
